Your bedrooms don't have numbers. Neither do ours. Family and Friends are an important part of our lives. The previous owners, the Masts, named several of the rooms after special people in their life. We continue the tradition and have added the names of our six children to the room not previously dedicated to a specific person.

Each of our cozy rooms are furnished with solid hardwood bedroom suits that have a charming country style. Every bedroom has its own full bath and a beautiful view of the countryside.

Our daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a complimentary full country breakfast and an evening snack. Sunday, our day of rest, a hearty continental breakfast will be provided. Sorry, no discount is given for breakfast not eaten at the Inn.

The Charm CountryView Inn Bed and Breakfast (the “Inn”) is a smoke-free environment. A minimum $100 charge will be imposed for any violation of the no-smoking policy.

To ensure tranquility for all guests, accommodations for children are purposely limited. Exceptions can be made for well-behaved children, at sole discretion of Inn Management.

In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere, televisions are not provided or permitted.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.

Our facility is not set up for furry friends. Please make arrangements to board your pet at one of the kennels in the area.

Our conference room is available, by reservation, for meetings, please call us for more details and to schedule.

Please contact the Innkeeper if you will be requesting ADA accommodations for your stay.

Safety is of highest priority to the Inn’s Staff. We ask each patron to use extra caution especially when conditions are marginal. The stairs, walkways, parking lots, porch, lane, etc. can be hazardous when conditions are wet, snow-covered, freezing or frozen. In those compromised conditions, please request help from the Staff, while remaining in your vehicle or inside until Staff arrives to assist you.

Monday-Saturday - 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Please call if Sunday check-in is needed.

Check-out Time:
Monday-Saturday, 11:00 am; Sunday, 10:00 am

The office is closed on Sundays. Innkeeper will inform guests of Sunday check-out procedure.

Cancelation Policy:
Cancelations must be made by speaking with a Staff member of the Inn. Guests may modify or cancel any reservation made more than 7 days in advance if it is within 24 hours of booking, for a full refund. After the 24 hours of booking the reservation has passed, guests may modify or cancel their reservation up to 7 days before their stay, to receive a future-stay credit equal to the amount paid minus a $25 cancelation fee per room per night. The future-stay credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancelation. If the cancelation is due to COVID-19 regulations, travel-restrictions, or quarantine requirements, the future-stay credit may be extended to a 2-year expiration from the date of cancelation.
No refunds will be made for modifications, cancelations, or no-shows that occur less than 7 days before the scheduled stay.
