Pina Colada Punch
1-1/2 large cans Pineapple Juice (69 oz.)
15 oz. Cream of Coconut
1 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Liter bottle Ginger Ale

Mix pineapple juice and cream of coconut. With wire whisk or beater, blend in softened ice cream. Add ginger ale.

Yield: 30 oz. servings
