Ho-Ho Cake
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
Filling:
5 T. Flour or 3 T. Cornstarch
1-1/4 C. Milk
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Shortening
1/2 C. Margarine
Icing:
1/2 C. Margarine, melted
3 C. Powered Sugar
6 T. Cocoa
1 t. Vanilla
2 - 4 T. Hot Water
1 Beaten Egg
Mix and bake cake mix according to package directions in a jellyroll pan. Cool. Combine flour and milk and cook until thick. Allow to cool. Cream together sugar, shortening and margarine. Beat until fluffy. Beat another 4 minutes into cooled flour and milk mixture. Spread over cake. Combine icing ingredients. Beat until fluffy then spread over filling.
Yield: 24 - 30 servings
