Layered Lettuce Salad
1 medium head of Lettuce
1 small head of Cauliflower
1/2 C. Peas, frozen
4 Eggs, Hard-boiled and diced
1 lb Bacon, fried and broken into pieces
2 C. Salad Dressing
1 T. Brown Sugar
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Chop lettuce in bite size pieces and place in a rectangular pan. Cut up cauliflower and layer on lettuce. Then layer frozen peas, eggs and bacon on cauliflower. Combine salad dressing and sugar. Spread on salad ingredients like you would frost on a cake. Top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate for 6 - 8 hours before serving.
