Dessert for breakfast?! One of the most memorable parts of your visit will certainly be the savory home cooked breakfasts served family style to you every morning Monday through Saturday. Amish and Mennonite cooks will reward your tastes with a mouthwatering meal that comes straight from our kitchen. Sunday, being our day of rest and worship, a hearty continental breakfast is served.

Graham Cracker Pudding
Pudding:
1/2 C. Margarine
1 C. Brown Sugar
1-1/2 C. Water
2 rounded T. Flour
1/2 C. White Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1 C. Milk
Crumbs:
12 Graham Crackers, crushed
2 T. melted Butter
1/4 C. White Sugar
Topping:
8 - 12 oz. whipped topping
Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and let come to a boil. Add water and let almost come to a boil again. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, egg yolks and milk. Stir into hot mixture. On low heat, stir and cook until thickens. Cool. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Layer crumbs, chilled pudding and whipped topping in a clear bowl. Refrigerate.
Yield: 6 - 8 servings
